Yin Yang Yoga

Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for several minutes, working on the deep, dense connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang yoga is the more traditional hatha or vinyasa based asana practice that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. This class is a balance of both the yang and the yin. Expect the first half of class to flow with yang, and the second half to cool down with yin.

Cancellation Policy

Classes are required to be canceled at least 2 hours ahead of class start time without penalty. No-shows will forfeit class payment. However, we know life happens! In the event of an emergency, please contact Jill at or call 989-430-2005.
