Service Description

This class will start with 20 minutes of floor-only stretches/movements - followed by 40 minutes of sound/vibrations from the crystal bowls to invite therapeutic and restorative processes to the body, mind, and spirit. Wear comfortable and layered clothes as we will be laying still the last part of the class. You may also bring a blanket and pillow to aid in your relaxation.

Cancellation Policy
