CENTER CITY CLASSES

MOVEMENT FOR A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE

 

  • ​Classes are designed to help your body move more freely – in everyday activities and in your other workouts.

  • We use a combination of restoring movements – and incorporate the use of various tools and/or props.

  • Movements are intended to help your body recover from your dedicated daily exercises – or your daily non-movement.

  • Classes may integrate standing and/or seated positions to open and lengthen muscles from all angles. 

  • Classes may be all-standing, or all on the floor, some will be a mix of both, and some will incorporate the use of a chair.    

  • Classes are appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications are provided in all classes to help everyone feel successful.
